says to |. . Exavier Exeter . .|: -I was packed and ready to start traveling to the Fair. I had some last minute stuff to get so here I was in the Market. I was glad it was quiet this time of day. Glancing at my list then looking up to see you I smiled. Just the man I'd been thinking about. Moving toward where you were seated my head dipped gently-....Tal Exavier, may I join you if you are not busy?....-I didn't want to just sit there especially if you were expecting someone.-

says to ..|. The Scribbler .|.. : I look up, seeing you come in from the edge of Minus, and then walk across the market towards the table I just sat down at. I smile to you, "ahhh yes, my scribe, I may end up buying a new business, if I am able to work out a deal with a merchant from Kar, lumber mill, it seems she already has one offer, but well if that one does not work out." I say offhandedly, "yes, please sit." I say indicating a chair across the table fro me.

Leaning in as eyes of blue glinted-...well now, that would be profitable for you...-my tone wasn't a business one, but lyrical as the words were spoken-....I'll certainly earn my fee where your businesses are concerned that is for sure....-easing my gloves off and letting the two ink stained fingers curl in a bit, always self conscious of them due to my mother's teasing about being messy.-

I do notice your fingertips, which would be normal for a scribe, my hands were always blackened with soot, under my fingernails and everywhere else. "well, I would not want to go and not use all that coin I paid you." I say with a wink, "you know, since I am just a poor and humble blacksmith and all." I sit back in the chair I am in as I look over to the slave girl.

I noted the slave arriving and would smile, eyes barely flickering to her then back to you-....Ex, my reason for seeking you out today is I need a cage, for a jit, well two of them....-putting that out there for the moment as I looked at you for a few moments longer then let gaze shift slightly-

I then hear you talking about the idea of a cage for a jit monkey, that was an interesting question. I wondered if it had anything to do with the thief of a jit mokey in Minus. "hmmm, I am sure that I can handle anything you ask of me Gabriella, you have been so good to me after all, cutting down your fee like that." I say remembering you first asking for a much larger amount than we settled upon. "so you need room for two? Just a regular cage or something else?"

I smirked a bit-....if we could catch him and find his things, I'm sure folks would be grateful.....some very grateful you never know....-I wondered if cages could be made trap. says to ..|. The Scribbler .|.. : I considered that for a few moments, yes indeed you were talking about the jit monkey that seems to be terrorizing the town. It was good that he had not come into the forge, he might burn himself up. "Well, before I was a blacksmith I used to hunt in the northern forest often, we would sometimes set up live traps for things like panther cubs, they were worth a lot at that time to people who collected exotic animals. You would have one end that opens, and then bait in the other end. Once the animal you are trying to capture steps inside, there is a pressure plate that locks the cage shut, in this case we would need to also have some sort of a harness for the "bait monkey" at the other end." I say as I consider it again, "I am sure that I could find one of my old live traps and alter it to suit our purposes, so you would be very grateful if I could help you find whatever was stolen?" I say smiling at you.

My arms came to rest on the table as I remained leaning forward. Listening about the cage my smile and eyes widened, nodding quickly-....that sounds perfect, it won't hurt them will it?....-I thought about that and then thought of needing to actually get the female jit. I was hoping the upcoming Fair would prove fruitful on that portion. As I heard you at the last a coy grin formed as head canted a bit-....Myself not so much, he took a page out of one of my books, a page with a female jit on it. But if you and I could find the rest of the things that were stolen, people in Minus might be thankful. I'd be thankful for the help that is for sure...-grins a bit then looks back down at my hands a moment-

I ask as I see you look down at your hands again, you would probably find out more about me as time went on, I did not open up to many people, but well you were in a unique position to hear much more about me than most, as you were handling my business dealings. All things that I probably could have done for myself, but then people might get the idea that I held an official title like Ubar or something at some point, that and the fact that an average blacksmith could not even read.
